My hope for this week’s video is to help you avoid burnout.

A few weeks ago I was coaching a client, a modern day martyr who voluntarily went through a 5 year grind of 100+ hour works and missed out on watching his kids grow up.

He was first to leave in the morning and came home after they were in bed.

All in the name of “doing it all for his family.”

That’s such a tonne of crap.

Your family doesn’t want all the “riches”.

They want you.

A present parent. Not an inconvenienced entrepreneur.

No one told you you had to grow your business by 3X over the next 12 months…

… that’s a self inflicted wound.

The good news is I was able to show him a different way.

A more productive way.

One where you can still be driven, grow and build a great business…

… but have the “Recharge” built into the model so that you can be fully present for all those other things you’ve long feared you’re missing out on.

I call it Distribution Days and I teach the specific aspects of each day, the purpose and the activities in this week’s video so you can get the most out of your week…

… and so that your family can get the most out of you ?

The concept of “theming” your quarters or months is not new, but I like to do it on a weekly basis.

To FOCUS on a specific outcome for the whole day.

The side benefit is it also teaches people how you work… that they can’t be reactive and that they need to think through their challenges and queue up the discussion for the specific day.
