Nova Scotia raised and educated, Gordon is a very proud first generation Canadian. His post secondary education pursuits were in the scientific field; however his aspirations have always been for business. Fortunately, during grad school an opportunity to start a technology company was recognized. Along with two other university collaborators, Gordon founded Eosense and was the first employee committed to the effort full-time. Today, his primary focus on finance, sales, and growth strategy.
Eosense is a developer and light-manufacturer of environmental gas monitoring technologies. In the last decade, it has grown from lab brainstorming sessions to nine full-time employees in Dartmouth. Nearing the end of it’s fourth year in operations, Eosense has customers all over the world and profit to reinvest for the very first time.
To be married this June, Gordon has his hands full with Eosense business, starting a family, and taking care of his health and fitness in order to keep up with everyone around him.
