Describe the best customer experience story you’ve had and how it has influenced your business.
Its funny many people do not like Rogers customer service but I have never had issues and one instance tops my list of best experiences even though the problem took longer for them to solve than I would have liked.   The customer care rep kept calling me back with updates, tell me the times he worked and how to get directly to him, he just went above and beyond in more ways than I expected.  This really makes you realize, even when you have nothing to update, it goes a LONG way to call people back and let them know they are not forgotten.
